i have just found out that debian calls the x86 fdisk ddisk on
powerpc, i have fixed yabootconfig to use ddisk (still falls back to
fdisk for other distros) for non-mac labels.  that won't fix it if you
have AIX labels.  but it may fix it for dos labels on debian.
