This is also significantly faster than previous versions, in fact it's the
first version I consider actually usable; that used to be different mainly for
the same reasons you are pointing out.
The only things I'm still missing are working line wrapping when sending plain
text mail (not that I send any other mail ;) and less resource hunger. Until
then I might have already switched to KMail...
Speaking of switching: you aren't forced to switch from Netscape to Mozilla
from one moment to the next one, they have been coexisting fairly peacefully
for me.
