search debian-user archives for Karsten M. Self's partitioning guide, its really quite good even though it talks about x86 partitioning. the only difference for you is using mac-fdisk and not fdisk and creating an 800K Apple_Bootstrap partition first. for working with mac-fdisk see: http://www.alaska.net/~erbenson/doc/mac-fdisk-basics.txt for a linux only setup pay attention to the part about calculating the number of blocks and using the `i' command to erase all the MacOS cruft. -- Ethan Benson http://www.alaska.net/~erbenson/
