Not really, theres a fair bit of learning involved to get working with DTML - but - Zope does allow use of HTML and 'structured text' which is parsed into HTML. Very simple to learn and ideal for people who dont/wont/cant learn HTML. Zope also has very good separation of code, format, and content.
