I have my x86 workstation+printer (kenny) configured to accept jobs from my iBook (sparky) via magicfilter.
Needless to say it doesn't work... Both printcaps and the client's /var/log/lpr.log are attached. On the server there is no sign that a connection was attempted. Local printing works and so does basic access control. (I can telnet from sparky to 'kenny printer') Thanks Christian
