Hi, thanks for replying. I am asking because I work with the Lombard, I do have a great deal of work to do before Christmas and updating would screw up all of it. I would not like to waste time reinstalling the system. In any case, I will not update until the work is over, so to minimize the risk. Could please users of Lombard report their own status regarding libc-v6 and X11-v4? Does the XConfig for the previous version work also for v4? What about the applications?
