Not the most useful reply... For one thing, people.debian.org is not meant for apt sources - it involves an HTTP redirect that apt-get doesn't like at all. So people still give machine names for aptable repositories on their home pages. Second, XF4 is not available for debian/powerpc right now. I'm working on it.
