Hello, When I try to install Debian 2.2, everything goes fine untill the installer starts unpacking Emacs. As soon as it starts unpacking it, all activity stops and the screen freezes. All I can do is to reboot the system and do the installation all over again (I once waited for about an hour but really nothing happens). Could this be a faulty cd-rom or do you think it's something else?
TIA. Best regards, Bert S. P.S. I'm trying to install Debian on a beige G3 desktop (233mhz,128Mb ram) on an IDE hard disk (2 linux partitions: 128MB swap and 3Gb root, and 1 HFS partition; MacOS is on another SCSI disk).
