Umm... ack? If I have time I will see about getting nvsetenv on there. Otherwise, here is a MUCH easier way. I'm pretty sure that nvsetenv is in base2_2.tgz. After you run "install the base system", go to tty2, hit enter to activate it, and type chroot /target. Then you can use nvsetenv.
