Then you need to apply the apus diffs (linux-m68-... from sunsite.auc.dk/pub/os/linux/apus) and then you can compile the stuff. All this info is one : http://sunsite.auc.dk/ftp/pub/os/linux/apus/docs/faq.html alternatively, you can also apply the pm2fb patch and bppc_scsi_detect patches as i do for debian. the pm2fb patch is on the pm2fb web page, and is just a tarball of the atcual files, and the bppc_scsi patch is on the sunsite ftp site. (together with a new bootstrap program needed to boot the new kernel). I am also the linux-apus 2.2.x kenrel maintainer, so if you have any problems, please contact me. I will try to make a new official 2.2.10 kernel release nextly, maybe this week end, so you will not need to get all the patches, just the m68k and apus ones. Alternatively, you could try to port the m68k patches to a newer stable kernel, and thus run your 2.2.15 kernel on apus also. If you do so, both Jes sorensen (the m68k kernel maintainer ), doing 2.3.x only this days) and me and Jesper Skov will be delighted indeed.
