266 is a good value for 604e with 133 MHz. It is nearly factor 2 (1.999999).
200 MHz gives nearly 400 (398), and my 233 MHz gives me 466.94 BogoMIPS
So, it isn't the bogomips, it must be another problem.
What reports cat /dev/sndstat ?
