The install.txt file in the disks-powerpc/current/powermac directory has length zero, and therefore can't tell me what I'm supposed to do with the other files. I assumed (incorrectly) that I wanted to dd install-floppy-hfs.img to a floppy and boot fd:linux, but this gave me an "unrecognised Client Program formatstate not valid" error.
What should I have done? Mk
