Hoping someone out there can help me... Trying to get base2_2.tgz going..but it seems to be missing inittab...
Am I missing something? have read everything I could find but nothing helps. Has 2_1 running, but cant add nuthin to it...got the latest version from ftp.debian.org (twice just to make sure). Tried using inittab from 2_1 but no go. FYI, have a linuxppc partition I am installing from. Tried everything foudn on mailing lists to date but nothing..help! Mark Guertin
