Hi! Does anyone know what to use to control the sound volume on a Mac? I searched the available package list up and down but didn't find something that does this. cdtools works fine to play cds, but I think my neighbours will be a bit upset, if I always play it that loud ;-)
X-players might work, but since X doesn't work on my machine currently, I am stuck with commandline tools. Workbone might have this feature, too, but it doesn't run - regardless of what I give as options, it always just shows me it's "usage" (even if I start it without any option, as is given as an example in the usage). bye, Georg
