Hi there A mistake during a kernel upgrade means I need to use the console from a debian-netinst disc to get access to the machine because I ballsed up the bootloader.
Can anyone tell me quickly what the major and minor numbers for my main ext3 partition should be if it's hda6? I have to create the character devices so I can mount the disk and sort out my kernel images.
