I have the kernel 2.6.11.4 with APM emulation (Device Drivers -> macintosh drivers -> apm emulation) mark as "y" and a debian with pbbuttonsd (testing). Only with close ibook or push ON/OFF button the ibook enter in sleep mode with the LED some with macosx. Sorry for my bad bad bad english ;) Bye
