Kernel sources from Debian are already patched. Just apt-get the source for the kernel version you want and those sources will be patched already.
Does this include the nubus patch?

It's a separate patch and there's actually a kernel image for it.
kernel-patch-2.4.27-nubus kernel-image-2.4.27-nubus
That's the only version I see available. Any other kernel version would probably need patching but more importantly, the patch may need some light porting issues resolved to apply cleanly to other versions of 2.4.
I don't know much about it though...
