I think it's been posted before, but there is a petition at: http://www.petitiononline.com/BCM4301/ with over 10,000 signatures (one of them now mine). I can't seem to get much of an update about the driver status, but checking the linux-bcom4301 project, there has been a bit of CVS activity lately.
