Hi Russ and Sean, thanks for for working on this. Just today I worked on a package having some CC-BY-SA-4.0 licensed content and wasn't too glad at having to copy the full license. Are there any big blockers for this ? Reading the previous discussion the techicalities seem to be mostly agreed upon(unless I missed something ?). I think this would be a big improvement for packagers. Let me know if
