Package: developers-reference
Version: 13.7
Severity: minor

Since switching to the new read-the-docs based html theme, there
is an issue with the sidebar in the singlehtml variant, like at
https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/developers-reference.en.html

(Please note, that this is only an issue on small screens like
smartphones, where the sidebar is only visible when activated via
the 'burger button'.)

When you open/display the sidebar and then jump to another
chapter via a link in the sidebar, the document jumps to the
desired chapter, but the sidebar stays visible and therefore
overlapps most part of the document's content.
And there is no 'burger button' anymore to close the sidebar.

The only way to close the sidebar is reloading the page via the
reload function of the browser.

This has already been filed as an issue in sphinx' github project in 2020:
<https://github.com/readthedocs/sphinx_rtd_theme/issues/880>
I will mark this bug as forwarded to that github issue later.
