Package: debian-policy
Severity: wishlist
If source package uses format 3.0 (quilt), it's is possible that there
are multiple files sharing the same name. (In the simplest case: if
.orig.tar contains debian/ directory, then this directory is
overwritten by the other debian/ directory at unpack time.)
Please clarify what is the semantics of Files field in such situation.
