$ dlocate /copy|sed s/.*://|xargs grep -l Temple|wc -l
shows at least 216 packages still say Temple Place in their copyright
snippet, no matter how short. Even though GNU now lives on Franklin St.
I Didn't check /COPY... nor packages not installed on my system, nor
did I check for other old addresses.

Hi,
Specifying incorrect office addresses is a bug; and the
solution is to fix the bugs, nit to say that the address should be
elided. Additionally, with the correct office address a user may
still get hold of the license from a canonical location even if they
do not have access to a running Debian system, which is a good thing.
