Hi,
Seems to me we need to fine tune the implmentation of whatever
mechanism needs be in place to ensure GNOOME/KDE uses get a window
manager that works with the infrastructure, while not pushing these
window manager unnecessarily on people who do not use GNOME/KDE. Once
we have ironed out the kinks, _then_ we codify the working solution
into policy.
I am reducing the severity of this report in the meanwhile.
