Those interested in more flexibility with Email-handling within Debian

You find there a first draft for a policy change which allows to select
the local delivery method at installation time, or with
dpkg-reconfigure.
Help is needed to polish this, and mold it into a valid proposal for
Debian.
Help is also needed for building and testing prototype packages to
support the idea.
