I think that the outcome of the IRC discussion looks very positive and describes a healthy process which should overcome many of the problems we have previously experienced in this area. Ian, Wichert and Manoj (along with anyone else who participated): well done. One thought: I like the idea of using the BTS to record proposals. I think that should remain even with the new system, although the precise details may well change.
