Because the current fvwm95 can handle multi-byte character, especially, it can handle Japanese menu entry very well so I just reported to BTS so that system.fvwm95rc of Japanese version will be included in the next fvwm95 package. I am not sure if it will be adopted or not but if it is adopted then it will be of great help for Debian users. And I think the current fvwm95 is of much more particular use to the end user than the before version.
