It's the same wording that's already used in the policy manual. See my proposal's rationale section. If you want to fix the policy manual's current wording, by all means, make an independant proposal to do so. (I love the way i can quote any single peice of the policy manual, and *someone* will always have a gripe with it. Perhaps you people should go read policy sometime, and come up with these gripes independently of proposals.) -- see shy jo
