Hi, This will *NOT* wprk. Most distributions based on Debian are unlikely to repackage the debs -- they just mirror and copy. Enforcing this is also difficult. And then there are personally compiled packages ....
Packages are not generated with a view to a distribution. Personally, I think the users can decide where they want packges to come from, by editing sources.list for apt.
