Mmm, well. install-info is "currently" ok. In fact, we should not move the dir file until every package using the --infodir option in a hardcoded way has disappeared from the archive. A lintian test for this would be more than welcome. During the transition period, more and more packages will use /usr/share/info instead of /usr/info.
