Maybe in the future we should hold off making drastic changes like this until there's a plan of action. There were comments at the time this proposal was made that the transition would be a problem. The response then was that things would get worked out after the policy was changed. That was wishful thinking, and we're seeing the results of that mistake. Mike Stone
