In which case, I do apologize and will not "propose" or "second" until I

Well, some people did jump at me on the Pine issue, even though they
hadn't done their homework on it's new license. I would bet they would say
I'm being disruptive -- but had I been a developer, my input would've been
considered appropriate.

So, no, I don't think anything has changed.
