Irrelevant when what we are talking about is a standards docuent. No library is involved. You have offfered nothing that has any relevance to a standard. You have relevant points for documentation for a program -- but you have said nothing that justifies why a standard should be mutable. Getting peeved and yelling does not make reasons appear where there were none. If you think you have given *any* reasons that apply to a standards document, please repeat them. Remember -- standards documents. Not documentation for a program. If you have none, I roundly reject the ntion that standards need be modifiable. manoj -- It's easier to fight for one's principles than to live up to them.
