It doesn't create any useful man pages. I leaves my system with a river of error messages, almost every time I use the man page system to find a man page. These messages are reporting all the policy generated man pages that are linked to a non-existant undocumented(7). Now, I not only get told at the end that no man page was found, but I also have to put up with the stream of messages telling me of all the man pages that have a dangling link attatched to them! A minimal man page that says "this space temporarily left blank" would be far preferable to the current setup. I am not on the policy list, so please keep me on the CC list.
