There is no php packaging project ?

Hola ,
Sorry to interrupt, but i wanted to know if the PHP packaging proposal was
rejected, as when i was applying the project was there but now i can see
there is no one selected for that project, neither the project is in the
project ideas in GSoC website.
Please kindly help me if it is a bug or an issue
