I support Shengqi Chen <harry-c...@outlook.com>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading. I have not yet directly sponsored uploads for the applicant, but I have witnessed the applicant's recent contributions for Debian, in particular the updates for zfs-linux and packages maintained by deeplearning-team <debian-ai@l.d.o> (including pytorch dependency libraries).
