For nm.debian.org, at 2022-08-05:
For the past few weeks, I have worked with Ben Westover on
pacman-package-manager and archlinux-keyring.

For this past work, Ben Westover sent mails using the email address
kwestover...@gmail.com
which is the one they're using on nm.debian.org, and they signed their work and
email using a GPG key with fingerprint 3869 DA72 A461 754E 9E36 6B45 C311 C5F5
4E89 B698.

I've made sure that they're able to sign messages with the same key.

Due to the long-term interactions we had, I'm convinced that Ben Westover as
they
present themselves on nm.debian.org is the rightful owner of both email
kwestover...@gmail.com and GPG key 3869 DA72 A461 754E 9E36 6B45 C311 C5F5
4E89 B698.
