Package: inkscape

Dear Debian folks,
The installed size of the package *inkscape* is 103 MB, and 40 % of it
is used by locale files.
$ LANG= du -ch /usr/share/locale/*/LC_MESSAGES/inkscape.mo | tail -1
44M total
Two biggest files:
$ du -h /usr/share/locale/*/LC_MESSAGES/inkscape.mo | tail -2
988K /usr/share/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES/inkscape.mo
1,2M /usr/share/locale/uk/LC_MESSAGES/inkscape.mo
Would it be possible to split those into separate packages to reduce
space usage a little?
