some parts of this software are licensed under the LDPC. This license requires: "... this copyright notice is retained and prominently displayed, ...". I don't know what the author of this license means with "prominently displayed" and whether Debian fulfills this requirement. Thus I am rejecting this package. Maybe you can get more information from the author of that software or maybe upstream can replace it.
