I don't think anybody who reads this list would be able to help you if you are not able to unsubscribe by yourself just by going to https://lists.debian.org/debian-multimedia/ and hit the unsub button. Maybe you could also have a look at https://www.debian.org/MailingLists/#subunsub and the instructions on how to deal with the list bot (majord...@lists.debian.org).
