Hi,

Please transition wxsvg from wxwidgets3.0 to wxwidgets3.2.

wxsvg is basically a dependency of opencpn, I'm not aware of any other 
package depending on it. As such, the transition to using wxWidgets 3.2 
is handled in the opencpn context as discussed in 
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=101976; can we keep 
the discussion in that bug?
