This ends up in an "installation failed" error. I expect the language pack to install fine and kodi to show french in the UI. >From the attache log this looks like koid attempts to fetch the language resource from a mirror and fails. The same error "Installation failed" is triggered if I install the French pack from Settings > Add-ons > Install from repository > Kodi Add-on repository (Team Kodi - 3.2.5) > Look and feel > Languages > French (Team Kodi 9.0.43).
