OK, I apologize for the noise, then. It appears that there are two teams calling themselves Debian Multimedia Maintainers -- well, the other mailing list calls itself "Debian multimedia packages maintainers" but then the packages themselves say Debian Multimedia Maintainers. "Wild Wild West Linux-land" -- anybody with a horse and a gun can call themselves sheriff. hjh
