Bug#934242: state of the crystalhd package

This is just a kind of memo for a new maintainer:

*) currently the active tree is https://github.com/dbason/crystalhd - last 
commit was 4 Jun 2018 with a kernel module change
*) a firmware-crystalhd package with bcm70012fw.bin and bcm70015fw.bin is 
needed in non-free for the module to work
*) as the module itself was removed from the kernel a crystalhd-dkms package is 
needed again, the module from above tree compiles against kernel source 
5.3.0-rc5
