Source: juce Severity: serious Tags: upstream Justification: makes rdeps FTBFS
juce-5.4 has dropped the built-in VST2 support and now depends on the Steinberg SDK (which - apart from being proprietary and non-free - is no longer available) for download at all. This has severe implications on the the usability of JUCE (as it can no longer be used to build VST2 plugins). Until there is a proper solution for the problem, i suggest to keep JUCE from migrating to testing. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers unstable-debug APT policy: (500, 'unstable-debug'), (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.18.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled
