Well, nevermind: all packages have been rebuilt, and amsynth uploaded as you hinted, so there is no package left depending on libjack0.100.0-0 in unstable (and soon in testing), which means you can remove the libjack0.100.0-0 transitional package at your convenience, be it an upload only for that, or as part of a new upstream version, or whatever. I'm not sure what the status regarding the development package is, but I think I gave clear instructions on how that change should be pursued. I won't be tracking that, though.
