Equinox Festival is proud to announce the addition of the following performers, speakers and films to the 2009 lineup. Peter Christopherson 's Threshold House Boys Choir Peter Christopherson - famed member of Throbbing Gristle, Coil and Psychic TV will present his solo performance under this new and exciting title. Peter's work has been carving a path for the merger of spiritual discovery and creative practice since the inception of TG in the 1970's. This is an astounding addition to the years Equinox Festival. Don't miss your chance to see Threshold House Boys Choir in all its glory! --- Lecture additions: Paul Devereux Research associate at the Royal College of Art, London - Paul Devereux will present a powerful audio-visual presentation on the new science of "archaeoacoustics" - the study of sound at archaelogical sites. This is an incredible opportunity to broaden ones understanding of the use of sound from an archeological perspective. Cinema addtions: Kathryn Ferguson Le Bete This short film, created for an exhibtion in response to the classic French film of the same name was shot near the ancient stone Men-an-tol,'Hell's Mouth' cove and Madron Well in Cornwall. A beautiful, abstract meditation on the nature of sexuality and its role in ancient pagan rituals.
