seq24 0.8.3

I was wondering if anyone knows if the seq24 packages will be updated
to 0.8.3 soon? It came out under a month ago, so perhaps it is soon to
ask, I am not sure. It doesn't look like a ton of stuff has changed
since 0.7.0 though, but a few new features were added.
