please "fix" the followings (I'm particularly bothered by
d/s/included-binaries):
* d/rules:
+ trailing whitespaces at line 5 and 15
* debian/upstream-signing-key.pgp is kinda of deprecated place for the
signature key (uscan(1) doesn't even list it anymore), please move it
to debian/upstream/signing-key.pgp, and personally I'd prefer to see
an armored keyring instead of the binary blob (just export the key
with -k) (and that way you also drop d/source/included-binaries)
