I'm guessing something got lost there ;-). But the build works for me now, thanks! > This will be cleaner in the next release, once I re-write all those > targets to just use ‘dh’. Yup, it handles all that for you. > > > These changes are committed to the VCS repository for the Debian > > > packaging, as the work-in-progress “6.31.1+dfsg-3”. > > > > Thanks; since -2 never got uploaded to the archive, I'd rather you > > modified that release instead of creating a new one, if you don't > > mind... > > That changes published VCS history (I had to delete the tag for the > release), I think that's a problem. I tend to treat tags as informative (since they can be moved), so that doesn't bother me; or at least it bothers me less than adding a new version in the changelog when nothing goes to the Debian archive. > While the release remains not yet finalised, temporarily finalise it > in ‘debian/changelog’ for the package build. It all looks OK to me now, so if you don't mind I'll let you finalise the changelog the way you want it and I'll upload the result. I'm not familiar with the typical bzr-buildpackage workflow, but if you can, just finalise the changelog for now, and wait for the upload to tag it (so we're sure the final tag accurately matches the upload). lintian complains about the duplicated non-free/devel section in debian/control, but it's just an info-level item so it can remain as-is for now as far as I'm concerned...
