I went through all of the files and documented the copyrights for FSF, X Consortium, et al. I also added the Apache license grant and NOTICE info. I also removed the "some portions also copyright" part, since it doesn't come from upstream, and I've documented copyrights for everything I found info for, including the build files that I think it that clause was meant to refer to. I've uploaded the latest version (with all of my changes so far) to mentors. Thanks! Bill
